Policies

POLICY

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Credit only. Products purchased from ibeslanginrox are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery.

A small number of SALE items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customer are responsible for return shipping.

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned undamaged, unused + in their original condition.


RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at ibeslanginrox@gmail.com.

Note: ATTN: DAMAGED GOODS/RETURN. Please include a picture of damages, along with a picture of your receipt. We will contact you within 24 hours.
